All-Star Scholar-Athlete

Harborfields High School is proud to announce that high school senior and scholar-athlete Patrick Godfrey was named All-State First Team Honors by New York Sportswriters Association and All-Long Island First Team status by Newsday.

Dedicating his life to academics and athletics, Godfrey has been a prominent member of the Tornadoes varsity football team as an offensive linesman, with 96 tackles, 67 solo, 21 for a loss and forced 2 fumbles. In addition to his exceptional performance on the field, Godfrey posts a 101 grade average and is being heavily recruited by Bryant University and Dartmouth College.

“Aside from his football prowess, he is a fine gentleman and role model in every sense of the word,” said Harborfields director of health, physical education, athletics and medical services John Valente.
