Oldfield Middle School sixth-graders Ty Ellenbogen, Isabella Pollaro and Jacky Xie and seventh-grader William Van Deusen are among the top 30 percent of students nationwide to be recognized by the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth program for earning a 4 on the ELA or math assessments. While more than 30 Oldfield Middle School students participated in the program, Ellenbogen, Pollaro, Xie and Van Deusen received high honors.

The Center for Talented Youth is a world leader in the identification and development of academic talent among K-12 students in the U.S. and worldwide.
