The The Harborfields Central School District is pleased to announce that a New York State Education Department grant was received this year to support 47 students in a district-sponsored Universal Prekindergarten Program to be offered at a local preschool. The program is offered for a half-day, five days a week from September through June.
If a child will be four years of age by December 1, 2008, he or she will be eligible to participate in the Universal Prekindergarten Program for the 2008-2009 school year. For more information, parents are invited to attend an upcoming orientation program. For details, click here.
