Notice of Waiver:

Edward F. Sallie has received a waiver from October 20, 2011 through June 30, 2012 from the New York State Office of Teaching, under Section 211 of Retirement and Social Security Law and §80-5.5 of Commissioner’s Regulations, to be employed as a part-time Interim Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources and is eligible to receive his pension during that time.  His compensation from the Harborfields Central School District is $550/per diem.
