The district held a special reception for new staff members and four newly tenured staff members on Nov. 16. Administrators and faculty members gathered for the event at Oldfield Middle School and members of the Harborfields High School Chamber Orchestra performed.

Deputy Superintendent of Schools Dr. Francesco Ianni welcomed the group and spoke about Harborfields High School’s latest National Blue Ribbon School honor. He praised those in attendance for their dedication to the district. “Keep up the great work,” he said. “We are a great place because of you.”

Assistant Superintendent for Administration and Human Resources Dr. Rory Manning introduced the principals from each school. The principals recognized one of the four tenured staff members and spoke kind words of encouragement and congratulations.

Dr. Manning then presented the new staff members and had each individual stand up as their name was called. He provided a short background for the audience about every new staff member and welcomed them into the Harborfields family.
