Students at Thomas J. Lahey Elementary School raised over $1,700 throughout the month of April for Ollie’s Angels Animal Rescue. The fundraiser was coordinated by student council advisers Stacey Kalish and Augustino Rettino and 18 fifth grade student government members, who were able to celebrate with a pajama day.

Ollie's Angels was started by a Harborifelds resident six years ago and is a foster-based nonprofit dedicated to saving the lives of dogs across the country. Board members and representatives Judi Flanagan and Nicole Deceglie, along with newly-adopted Lacey, accepted the check on behalf of Ollie’s Angels.
