Harborfields High School field hockey players Alexis Huntington and Margaret Keys were recently named to the 2022 High School Senior Impact Team by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association. They were two of only 134 senior field hockey players selected nationwide for this honor. The NFHCA High School Impact Senior Team recognizes graduating seniors for their field hockey career accomplishments on and off the pitch, distinguished leadership and team achievement. Winners had to meet three of five character criteria such as community service and leadership roles, and five of 10 athletic criteria, to be eligible for recognition.

Additionally, a dozen Harborfields varsity field hockey juniors and seniors – Carina Bennardo, Francesca Ferme, Natalie Greco, Allison Grover, Alexis Huntington, Faelan Kennedy, Margaret Keys, Sophia Lagnese, Kate Lysaght, Apasia Markowski, Caroline Prainito and Julia Schiliro – were selected by the NFHCA’s High School National Academic Squad.

“These are outstanding accomplishments,” Athletic Director Rob Franco said. “We are so proud of the girls and all of the hard work that the coaches put into the program.”
