Three Harborfields High School students have earned the highest music recognition in the state – NYSSMA All-State designation. That list includes Peter Hoss (tenor saxophone, Instrumental Jazz Ensemble; oboe and English horn, alternate), Justin Lowenhar (bass 1, Mixed Chorus) and Camryn Taylor (viola, alternate).

“I’m immensely proud of these students and the hard work they’ve put in to reach this point,” K-12 Music Department Coordinator Dan Bilawsky said. “These selections are a clear reflection of their tremendous efforts and the quality music education they’ve received over the years. I congratulate them on this wonderful achievement.”

Harborfields’ All-State students will rehearse and perform with their ensembles in December at the NYSSMA Winter Conference in Rochester.
