SCIENCE
The
science curriculum at TJL is aligned with the NYS Next Generation Learning Standards. Students understand and apply scientific
concepts, principles, and theories that pertain to the physical setting and
living environment. They explore through
experimentation by following the scientific method. They understand the relationships and common
themes that connect science, technology, engineering, and math, and learn how
to apply these themes to address real life problems and make
informed decisions.
