Earth Day Envirothon
On April 22, Earth Day, nearly 30 Harborfields High School Science Research students braved the cold rain to compete in the LI Envirothon!
The students were split into five teams and put their knowledge to the test on aquatics, forestry, soils, wildlife, and presented solutions on non-point source pollution mitigation.
We're thrilled to share two Harborfields teams placed in Suffolk County:
In second place: Norene Miraglia, Michelle Diner, Jack Mantell, Meghan Duff, and Kyleigh Connors
In third place: Leo Lin, Christian Hernandez, Aidan Greco, Kyle Taylor, Jack MacInnes, and Brendan Schmitt
