Superintendent Spotlight Series - Advanced Placement Seminar The Board of Education set as one of its goals this year to "Prepare students for success in postsecondary education and the evolving global workforce by building upon K-12 programming opportunities that allow students to apply their critical thinking, reading, and writing skills to interdisciplinary research projects." One shining example of our work to meet this goal has been the implementation of the Advanced Placement Capstone Program, consisting of two required courses, AP Seminar and AP Research. As you will see in the video below from the May 12, 2026, Board of Education meeting, our students are doing phenomenal college-level work under the guidance of our outstanding teachers. Prepare to be impressed!
