Harborfields High School’s guidance department hosted two recent mini college fairs, organized by school counselor Jackie Best. On March 13th I organized The spring mini college fair on March 13 featured 52 colleges in attendance, while the evening college fair on March 19 featured 75 colleges. In addition to the conversations with colleges, the school hosted multiple seminars during the fair to share advice and tips from experts on gaining an edge in admissions, the NCAA recruitment process and writing the college essay.
“These events take months and months of planning and preparation, and both of them were great opportunities for our students to connect with admissions counselors and learn more about all of the wonderful opportunities that await our students beyond Harborfields,” Best said.
